Guest Safety COVID 19

Supporting a COVIDSafe Summer

The safety and well-being of our guests, staff and community is our highest priority and we would like to assure you we are following all State Government requirements for the accommodation (caravanning and camping) industry.

We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and inform you of any changes. We urge you to also follow our social media profiles and websites for further updates.

Further information

It is important to be aware of the precautions in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The Victorian State Government website is the best place to find the most up-to-date information regarding Victorian COVID restriction levels and a summary of Victoria’s COVIDSafe Summer – How we Live.

Thank you

Thank you all for your continued support during these unusual times. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful parks and creating a wonderful holiday experience.

COVID-19 Safe Practices:

As always, we are committed to providing a great customer service experience for our guests. Our friendly park staff are here to assist you throughout your stay, but we recommend phoning our reception rather than visiting the office wherever possible.

Contactless check-in

We have enhanced our check-in procedures to include contactless check-in options. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival for payment and arrival information including boom gate code (where applicable), park map and guest registration form will be provided. The guest registration form must be returned to us prior to entering the park. On arrival, guests will be able to proceed directly to their site or cabin. Cabin keys will be left inside the cabin for your convenience.

For those arriving ‘off road’, please contact us prior to your arrival at the park.

Visitors to the park

Record keeping continues to be an important tool for helping Victoria to stay safe and stay open. Details of visitors to our Parks must be recorded in writing or electronically. We have an easy-to-use, electronic QR Code record keeping system in place for your convenience and cooperation. This QR Code is on display at Park Offices, and throughout amenities.

ALL customers must declare in writing or electronically at check in, that you are; free of symptoms, have not been in contact with a person with coronavirus (COVID-19) and have not been directed to isolate.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection regimes across the park

While our cleaning standards are high all year round, we have introduced enhanced cleaning and disinfection regimes in accordance with SafeWork Australia guidelines across all areas of the park.

Safe Distancing and Good Hygiene Protocols and Guidelines

The 1.5 metre social distancing rule and Good Hygiene protocols must be observed at all times whilst in our parks. We will also provide sanitisation stations at all offices, amenities, BBQ areas and camp kitchens.

COVIDSafe practices customer signage is displayed throughout our parks to remind guests of good hygiene and social distancing guidelines.

What We Will Need You To Do To Support Our COVID Response Measures

We will need the support of our guests in managing COVIDSafe measures. We ask you to;

  • Please observe COVIDSafe signage throughout our parks
  • Use shared amenities in a responsible manner by; observing the number of persons permitted in an area at one time, making use of sanitising stations and disinfectant wipes, and considering others
  • Wear a face mask in all indoor spaces and anywhere where you are unable to socially distance
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow
  • Keep a 1.5 metre physical distance from others
  • Wash your hands and sanitise regularly
  • Conduct any activities or social gatherings outdoors where possible
  • Ensure that any visitors to your site register their details through the QR system or by filling out a guest declaration form.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, please cancel your stay, self-isolate and be tested immediately.

Remember while you are on holidays, COVIDSafe restrictions apply… please play your part and keep us all COVIDSafe.

Really lovely and small site. Good facilities. Nice and quiet with respectful guests. Good location between Warrnambool and Port fairy for a bit of variety and Tower Hill offers great short walks. Jason was very understanding and accommodating when an unforeseen circumstance came our way. Would stay again 🙂 Would also recommend local pub Mickey Bourkes Parma.

This is a small but busy caravan park. It is run from offsite, so you don't get to meet the owners like you would normally. They were easy to contact by phone on the 3 occasions I called them. Everyone was quiet and respectful, except for the person that took my beers from the fridge while I waited for them to be cold. I suspect that it was not someone staying in the park, as I saw people wandering aimlessly around the place. I guess that is one drawback of not having the owners on site. That being said, I would happily stay here again...

Beautiful quiant park, botanical Gardens next door has some lovely species of tree and is very well maintained. Could do with a mop and cloth in the showers so you can clean up after yourself.

Lovely little caravan park. Amenities excellent. Friendly helpful manager. Grassy and flat. Beside the Botanic Gardens. If you're looking for a park that doesn't charge like a wounded bull, this is it, and it's only 15 minutes from Warrnambool and Port Fairy where the Caravan Parks are huge and charge almost twice as much.
