Really lovely and small site. Good facilities. Nice and quiet with respectful guests. Good location between Warrnambool and Port fairy for a bit of variety and Tower Hill offers great short walks. Jason was very understanding and accommodating when an unforeseen circumstance came our way. Would stay again 🙂 Would also recommend local pub Mickey Bourkes Parma.

This is a small but busy caravan park. It is run from offsite, so you don't get to meet the owners like you would normally. They were easy to contact by phone on the 3 occasions I called them. Everyone was quiet and respectful, except for the person that took my beers from the fridge while I waited for them to be cold. I suspect that it was not someone staying in the park, as I saw people wandering aimlessly around the place. I guess that is one drawback of not having the owners on site. That being said, I would happily stay here again...

Beautiful quiant park, botanical Gardens next door has some lovely species of tree and is very well maintained. Could do with a mop and cloth in the showers so you can clean up after yourself.

Lovely little caravan park. Amenities excellent. Friendly helpful manager. Grassy and flat. Beside the Botanic Gardens. If you're looking for a park that doesn't charge like a wounded bull, this is it, and it's only 15 minutes from Warrnambool and Port Fairy where the Caravan Parks are huge and charge almost twice as much.
